How to check strength of a Samsung phone?
To check the cellular signal strength on a Samsung phone, follow these steps:
- Open the Phone app on your Samsung phone.
- Dial *#0011# and press the Call button. This will launch the Service Mode menu.
- You should now see a list of options and settings related to your phone’s cellular connection.
- Look for the Signal Strength or Signal Quality option. The value displayed next to it represents the strength of your cellular signal. The closer the value is to 0, the stronger the signal.
You can also look for the RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) value, which provides a more accurate measurement of the signal strength.
To exit Service Mode, press the Home button on your Samsung phone.
Note that the steps above may vary slightly depending on your Samsung device’s make and model. Some devices may use a different code to access the Service Mode menu. If the above steps do not work for your device, you can try searching online for the specific steps for your device model. Additionally, you can check the signal strength by going to the Settings app, then tapping on Connections or Network & Internet, and looking for the signal strength bars next to your carrier’s name.
